You may have noticed some new updates to the Account page! We recently added a photo preview for each of your orders, along with a new search bar to help you find things more easily. Please note: the search feature only works on the page you’re currently viewing. If you have more than 250 orders, you’ll need to toggle to the next page and search within that page. Believe it or not, quite a few of you fall into that category!
We are no longer using SendOwl to host our file history. Over the past few weeks, I’ve been working to move all of our download links over to a new service. Eventually, all download deliveries will be handled completely outside of Shopify as well — but that transition will take a few more months. Here’s what’s changed (for the better, I think!):
- Initial delivery (downloads at checkout and via email) remains the same .

Re-downloading files has a new process:
- You’ll now see a “View All Downloads” button right on your main account page. (Please note: there’s no search function on this page.)
- You can still search your past orders. When you open an order, you’ll now see a “Download Your Files” button at the top right to download everything from that order easily.
As with any big move, there may be a few hiccups — mainly, some files might be attached to the wrong product. With over 2,500 files moved, it’s almost guaranteed a few errors slipped through.
