Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for all physical orders—including international orders—are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
U.S. Shipping
We offer $5.99 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. physical orders.
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted (such as vacations, holidays, or special announcements). Any temporary changes to processing times will be posted on our website announcement bar and/or social media.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on your destination and order weight.
Please note:
- Shipping charges shown at checkout do not include import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or taxes.
- These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the customer.
- Parker on the Porch does not collect, calculate, or control these fees and cannot estimate what they may be.
- Tracking is included with international shipments whenever available through the selected shipping service.
Shipping & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates, transit times, delivery scans, and package handling are the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) once your package has been accepted into their network.
If your tracking shows your package is In Transit or Delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly for the most up-to-date information.
Packages Marked as Delivered
A package that has been scanned Delivered by the shipping carrier is considered successfully delivered.
Parker on the Porch is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or missing packages after the shipping carrier has marked the package as Delivered. Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be issued for packages that show a Delivered status.
If your package shows as Delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking around your home, mailbox, porch, garage, or other safe delivery locations.
- Asking household members or neighbors if they accepted the package.
- Contacting your local post office or shipping carrier, as they may be able to provide GPS delivery coordinates.
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered shortly before the actual delivery is completed.
If your package is lost before it is marked as Delivered, please contact us. We are happy to assist you with filing a carrier claim when applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address may require additional postage before they can be reshipped.
If an order has already shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address.
Digital Downloads
Digital embroidery designs are delivered electronically and are not shipped.
Download links are available immediately after purchase and are also accessible through your customer account.
Due to the nature of digital products, all digital download sales are final.
