Thanks for stopping by! While we are a helpful bunch we do not provide technical support for your machine. You must know how to download and unzip files. We do not provide support for transfer of files from your computer or software program to your machine. Facebook, Youtube and Google are excellent resources.

How do I create an account? Click HERE
Do I have to have an account to shop? You must have an activated account on the website to purchase. When creating an account you will be sent a link to activate that account. You must complete this step. Emails tend to go to spam, so please check those folders.
The coupon code is not working, now what? We have weekly design releases on most Fridays. The deal of the week is on the header of the website. The header lays out the deal and which items are available. The discount is automatic, so if the discount is not showing in your cart you have the wrong items in your cart. Deals end each Sunday at 11:59PM EASTERN.
Does your site warn users of a previous purchase? YES! Please read that FAQ HERE.
How do I get my files? Files are available for immediate download. They are also sent in email form from Shopify AND stored in your account history for easy access later. Simply sign in and go to Order History>Open order>Download Here.
I cannot download my file, what now? If you cannot download your file directly from checkout please try downloading from your order history or email sent with links. If you are having incomplete download errors on your PC this is a PC issue. The best thing to do is clear your cache and restart your PC.
What file types so you include? DST, EXP, HUS, JEF, PES, VIP, VP3, XXX
Can I use your photos for promoting? All photos on this site are copyrighted and owned by Parker on the Porch. You may not use our photos or any photos provided by testers. This can create brand confusion and miss represent your work.
What materials do you use? We share a weekly blog post with supplies used in those samples. Supplies used from the POP Team are usually shared in our Facebook group with their photos.
Do you include videos or tutorials? Each listing gives a detailed list of what is included. Videos are NOT guaranteed with any file we sell unless noted. Most items come with a PDF tutorial, a General Tutorial, Color layer charts OR Video only.
Do you have a newsletter? YES! Sign up HERE. Emails go out every Tuesday and Friday.
How to I know you've updated your files? Do I have to re-purchase to get the update? Our website automatically sends an email with a file update. You never need to re-purchase a file.
What if I purchase a file twice? If you ever purchase a file twice send us an email. You can choose a design of similar value to swap out with.
How do I change my email? Send US an email via the contact button. Please note your current account email and the new email you'd like to switch to.
Can I merge accounts? Sometimes, yes we can. Send us an email via the contact form with the email addresses of both accounts. We will get back to you with the status of the request.
How do you test your files? All files are tested in multiple sizes and formats. We currently test on Brother, Babylock, Janome, Melco, Bernina, Viking & Tajima Machines.
Which hoop size do you use? We size our files to fit within Brother Hoops. Each listing gives the exact file measurement size. It is up to the user to determine if the design will fit within their machines hoop parameters. We do not re-size our files or accept requests to adjust them. Check out this blog post for more.
