⭐ How to Download Your POP Purchases

Thanks so much for shopping with us! There are three easy ways to access your digital downloads. Choose whichever one works best for you.

1. Download Directly at Checkout

After completing your order, a download link appears right on the checkout confirmation page.
Simply click Download Files before leaving the page.

 

2. Download From Your Email Receipt

You’ll receive an email from info@parkerontheporch.com with a link to your downloads.

✔️ Check your Inbox
✔️ Check your Spam/Junk folder
✔️ Check Promotions (Gmail users)

Note: Download links in emails do expire, so if a link no longer works, simply log into your account to download instead.

3. Download From Your POP Account (Recommended)

This method never expires and keeps all your purchases in one place.

Steps:

  1. Log in here: https://www.parkerontheporch.com/account

  2. Go to Order History

  3. Click on the order you want to open by using the "Download 

  4. At the top of the page, click the green button:
    DOWNLOAD THIS ORDER

All files included in that order will appear underneath the button.

Tip: The small picture you see in Order History is just a thumbnail preview — it is not the full list of items. To see everything, you must open the order.
