🔐 Login Issues & Password Resets
If the password reset email is not arriving:
- Double-check the email address you used to create your account.
- Look in your Spam / Promotions / Other folders.
- If you created a brand new account with a different email, your past orders will not appear unless we merge it for you.
When contacting us about login issues, please include:

📦 Physical Orders & Shipping
For fabric, hardware, quilt racks, or other physical products, please include the following in your message:
- Order number
- Full name
- Photos if something arrived damaged or incorrect
