This design is stitched in two components within one hooping, making it easy to combine fabrics and create a dimensional scrappy strawberry finish. The stem section is attached to the strawberry base using your sewing machine after embroidery is complete.
Actual file dimensions are listed, along with the approximate finished block size. Due to the vertical layout and hoop proportions, this is not a standard-sized quilt block. This block can be trimmed down to fit more standard quilt sizing if desired (for example, trimming to approximately 6x7). Please note this will shorten the stem proportionally and slightly change the overall strawberry shape/design balance. You can also add sashing or borders to square up the block.
