Q: I forgot to add the freebie to my cart, can I still get it?

A: NO. You MUST put the free item in your cart. No exceptions and no adjustments will be made after checkout. Emails sent about free items will be ignored.

Q: I forgot to use a coupon code, can you fix this?

A: NO. You MUST use the code. No exceptions and no adjustments will be made after checkout.

Q: Where are my files?

A: Files are emailed AND they are also in your account history. If you have trouble downloading we suggest trying a different browser. Sometimes rebooting your PC will also help.

Q: I double purchased a file, what do I do?

A: No worries! Send the contact form. Let us know what file you would like to swap for (similar value) OR you can be credited POP Points for a future purchase. We do NOT offer refunds as per our TOS.
